WILD WORKSHOPS
FOR WOMEN
WW
Re-wilding through movement – it’s time to breathe.
Come and get in touch with your unique self, while connecting with other women in a supportive space for creative discovery. Celebrating our strength and resilience, we will explore ways of moving and being in the world.

It’s a chance to let go of everyday roles and expectations, with time for your self to connect with your inner ‘wild’. The workshops will draw on the world of dance and theatre – no experience required!

Workshops are designed for those who identify as women, and open to anyone aged 18 to 118!

Wild Workshops have previously been delivered for Women of the World Festival (WOW), Mothers Who Make (MWM), Devon Refugee Society, FUSE Diverse Dance (UK) and Shoonya Centre for Movement Arts (India).

Workshops are delivered by Chhaya's Artistic Director, Kay Crook, Chhaya's Physical Theatre Director Becca Savory-Fuller and Chhaya's Dramaturg, Aileen Gonsalves.

Workshops are offered as a 4-6 week series at each host venue and delivered by one of our facilitators. One-off Wild Workshops for community centres, domestic abuse charities and female refugee groups are co-delivered by two of our facilitators.

Duration: 60 - 180 minutes (depending on group/request)
